Bearing Industry Code of Conduct Statement
Today’s International Business requirements have vastly changed demanding guidelines, controls and regulations to improve standards. Almost all Global Industries have incorporated a Code of Conduct to satisfy good practice, excellence & Corporate Governance for Manufacturers & Distributors. The Bearing Industry is no different to any other International Business and needs certain clarifications & controls to avoid improper behavior and give to the public domain the assurances required by the formation & the management of an Global Bearing Industry Code of Conduct.
Many Bearing Manufacturers & Distributors are unaware of the importance to Safety & Consumer Legal requirements especially when Ball & Roller Bearings can be readily sought from country to country without guidelines to that of an acceptable Global Code ensuring maximum business ethics are achieved.
There are some Stock Exchange listed Bearing Businesses that comply to an Internal “Code” of practice or business procedures for reporting & accountability to shareholders. This does not address or comply with any Global Industry Code of Conduct nor does it give assurances that their partners & traders are adopting Industry standards.
This document will Endeavour to give such guidelines especially to the general public the necessary protection for Safety & Consumer issues throughout the various stages of Manufacturing, Distributing and the general use by the Ball & Roller Bearing Industry.
